After the registration you will receive a confirmation and a pro-forma invoice. Payments by bank transfer have to be made within two weeks after receiving of the pro-forma invoice.

Color advertisement on inside of printed proceedings (one page format A4, PDF in print quality) at the latest 15. 9. 2024.
Short annotation (4-5 sentences) about your company no later than 15. 9. 2024 for placement in the Catalogue of Exhibitors.
Company presentation (commercial) on an electronic version of the proceedings (up to 30 MB) at the latest 30. 10. 2024.
