Energy efficiency in the heat treatment shops

In the production processes, where the heat treatment is carried out, the energy demand can be reduced using the knowledge of the processes, heat energy recovery systems or simply by choosing the correct location of the cooling technology. In these operations, a lot of low-temperature waste heat is produced, which can be further used by the means of known technologies for preheating water, emulsions, cleaning baths, or just heating the production premises. Sometimes just the right design and location of the cooling technology is enough to achieve a significant reduction in the consumption of cooling water as well as electricity.
