Energy savings tips by manufacturing of furnace for heat treatment of metals

Furnace as a heating equipment is an energy-intensive device. The assessment of the operating thermal balance on these devices leads to the search for energy savings and reduction of operating costs. Practical experience with the design and operation of individual types of equipment, types of heating (gas, electric energy), insulation solutions and technical implementation will be presented in this paper.
