Furnace atmosphere analyser
The presentation introduces all new smart analyser as we call “7-gas analyser” for Heat Treatment, that AIR PRODUCTS is currently comercializing. It exhibits a compact form and a very simple “plug and play” usage. It is designed to cover nearly all types of atmosphere-related situations needed to check in Chemical Heat Treatment. It enables to check carburizing atmospheres in furnace, ENDO- and EXO- gas quality, oxidation risk while annealing, sintering, brazing etc. In case of a request, we deliver a version including Cp computation, also showing measurement results on Ellingham diagram etc. The analyser automatically connects with its AP Smart Technology cloud service and in regular intervals keeps uploading the measured and coneccted processed values. This enables a customer to check with one device his whole atmosphere supply and furnace operation. As a result he is getting performance reports based on predefined process’ and production’s KPIs to improve part’s quality and productivity. The measured values are ready on the cloud for overview, deeper evaluation as well as for export (eg. as CSV).
