Is Quality Management a support or a burden for the operation of a heat treatment system?
Customers require compliance with the requirements there are set by quality management standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and other derived standards in the transport sector (automotive, railway, etc.). All requirements of the above document (and derived documents of the transport branches) are focused on the introduction, application and permanent compliance with the established principles, which prove the ability of the heat treatment operation to meet the customer’s requirements on a permanent basis.
This lecture is focused on the aspects of the application of quality management, whether they are a benefit or a burden of heat treatment operations.
