Vliv tepelného zpracování na mikrostrukturu a adhezi tenkých vrstev ALTiN nanesených na slitinu Ti-6Al-4V vyráběnou aditivy
The goal of the present work is to investigate the effect of the pre and post heat treatments on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AlTiN thin films, deposited on Ti6Al4V alloy. The samples were printed by selective laser melting (SLM) and then coated via reactive Physical Vapor Deposition High-Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering (PVD HiPIMS). The samples were heat treated both prior and after the coating process at 720°C, 800°C and 950°C under high vacuum atmosphere for 1 hour. The structure, the composition and the mechanical features of the realized thin films were investigated by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy, Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy, scratch test and nanoindentation,. It was found that the substrate heat treatments at 800°C before the PVD HiPIMS can influence the adhesion of the coating. Finally, using these latter experimental conditions, a simplified SLMed rotor was coated with AlTiN film.
